The Planning Commission may, from time to time, adopt, amend, and make public rules and regulations for the administration of the Subdivision Regulations. Upon the recommendations of the Planning Commission, these Regulations may be enlarged or amended by Council after public hearing, due notice of which shall be published in at least one newspaper of general circulation, thirty days prior to holding such hearing. The amendments shall be on file in the office of the Planning Commission for public examination during the thirty days.
