Curb and gutter shall be required along both sides of all new City streets. Curb and gutter shall be completed in accordance with the plans and profiles prepared for the subdivider by a registered professional engineer and approved by the Service Director to meet the minimum engineering design standards and materials specifications stated in the City's rules and regulations. Curb and gutter improvements shall be carried out under City supervision within the time fixed or agreed upon by the Service Director and all inspection costs shall be paid for by the subdivider.
