Prior to the submission of a preliminary plat, the subdivider shall meet with the Planning Commission and/or the City Manager to preview a concept plan of the proposed subdivision and to participate in an informal conference regarding plans for such development. This preapplication conference will aid in the conservation of time, effort and expense by acquainting the subdivider early and informally with provisions of the Subdivision Regulations, the official land use plan, the official thoroughfare plan, the Zoning Ordinance, the water distribution report, and sanitary sewers and storm drainage report of the City.
