(a) These regulations shall be known and may be cited as the Subdivision Regulations for Clyde, Ohio, hereinafter referred to as "these Regulations."
(b) These Regulations shall be held to be the minimum requirements adopted for the promotion of public health, public safety and general welfare within the City. The standards outlined in these Regulations will help to ensure orderly urban growth and development; the conservation, protection and proper use of land; and adequate provisions for traffic circulation, utilities and services through sound platting procedures.
