(a) The Recreation Board shall establish hours, rules and fees for the operation of the Municipal Swimming Pool with and after prior approval by Council.
(b) The days and hours of operation as set forth herein are subject to change or cancellation if, in the opinion of the pool manager, inclement weather prohibits the safe operation of the facility.
(c) No glass containers of any type shall be permitted in the pool area.
(d) Persons using the facilities of the Municipal swimming pool are subject to all other ordinances, rules and regulations governing the use of the Municipal parks and playgrounds as set forth in the Codified Ordinances.
