No person shall be permitted in the Clyde Community Park, Cherry Street Park, Gus Wolfe Park, Paden Park, Limerick Park or Sherwood Anderson Park, after 10:00 p.m. nor before 8:00 a. m. except upon securing written permission from the Recreation Director. No person shall be permitted in Hendricks Park after 11:00 p.m. nor before 5:00 a.m. except upon securing written permission from the Recreation Director. However, this section shall not apply to persons in the parks who are attending a recreation function that is being supervised by the Recreation Board, or who are attending a recreation event that concludes or begins prior to such hours.
