All new electric distribution and service entrance facilities shall be installed by the City or its designated contractor. The City shall be responsible for Design and Specification Costs and location of its facilities. All new facilities, up to the point of delivery, shall be owned and maintained by the City. The Point of Delivery shall be determined between the customer and the City as outlined in a Service Agreement.
