933.06 WATER AND SEWER BILLS COMBINED.

The City Manager is hereby directed and authorized to accept payments for water and sewer charges simultaneously and shall not accept payments tendered for one without the full payment of charges for the other. The Manager shall establish rules and regulations to such effect.
