929.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any provision of this chapter or any order issued by the Service Director or the City Manager pursuant to Section 929.02 shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00). Each day on which a violation occurs or continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
