905.02 SIDEWALKS GENERALLY.
   (a)    Sidewalks shall be constructed in accordance with Zoning District requirements.
   (b)    A sidewalk construction permit is required prior to new construction or replacement of broken or deteriorated sections. Permits shall be issued by the Inspector at no cost to the property owner.
   (c)    Sidewalks may be required upon resolution of Council when it has been deemed necessary for the safety of pedestrian travel.
   (d)    Sidewalks are required on one or both sides of an abutting street as indicated below:

   (e)    Sidewalks may be required in both C-2 and I-1 Districts.
