(A) In the event the lot rent is not timely paid by the tenth day of the month, a notice of eviction will be sent by the city to said delinquent renter notifying said renter that they must vacate the premises within 30 days of said notice.
(B) If said renter has not vacated the premises within said 30-day period of time, the city may undertake all appropriate legal measures necessary to regain possession of said lot.
