When a mobile home in the trailer park is sold to a new owner, the new owner must apply and receive the written consent and approval of the city to remain in the trailer park before the mobile home will be allowed to remain situated in the city trailer park. Otherwise, the mobile home will be required to be removed from the trailer park in a timely manner.
