§ 154.05 RESPONSIBLY FOR PROPERTY DAMAGE.
   Anyone moving a mobile home into the trailer park or moving one out of the trailer park shall be responsible to the city for any property damage to the trailer park caused by such moving. The owner of the mobile home is also responsible for all the costs associated with the moving of the home.
