§ 154.04 PROHIBITIONS.
   (A)   No trucks or any other motor vehicles, excluding city-owned vehicles, weighing more than 3,000 pounds are permitted on the roadways in the trailer park.
   (B)   No renter shall be permitted to accumulate trash, rubbish, junk, and other debris on his or her lot. Violators will be subject to fines and possible eviction.
   (C)   No renter shall be permitted to create excessive noise on his or her lot in the trailer park. Also, any violation of this rule by visitors to the home of any renter shall be charged against the particular renter who has said visitors. Violations of this rule may result in the particular lot renter being cited by the city police for such. Continuous violations may result in the eviction of said renter.
   (D)   No firearms, handguns, guns, BB guns, pellet guns, or other air powered type guns shall be permitted to be fired in the trailer park.
   (E)   No open fires or other burnings shall be permitted to occur in the trailer park.
   (F)   No fences of any kind shall be permitted on any said lot in the trailer park.
   (G)   No swimming or wading pools of any kind will be permitted in the trailer park.
   (H)   No wood burning stoves shall be permitted in any mobile home located in the city trailer park.
   (I)   No peddling, soliciting, or the operating of a business or commercial enterprise or venture shall be permitted in the trailer park.
   (J)   No motorized or mechanized equipment shall be permitted in the trailer park, including but not limited to, motorcycles, mini bikes, four-wheelers, go carts, and mopeds.
   (K)   No dog houses or animal pens of any kind shall be permitted outside of the renter’s mobile home.
   (L)   No porches or decks can be built or attached to any mobile home without the specific written permission and approval of the city.
   (M)   No clothes lines of any kind shall be permitted outside a mobile home on any said lot.
   (N)   No person or entity that is renting a lot in the city trailer park can rent the mobile home on his or her lot in the park.
