(A)   All mobile homes on an individual lot of record shall be subject to their restrictions imposed by the respective zoning district in which it is located.
   (B)   Mobile homes located on an individual lot of record at the time of the adoption of this chapter shall be classified as nonconforming structures only if the original placement on the lot was not in contravention of state, local, or other regulations of ordinances existing at that time period when a nonconforming mobile home is removed and another is put in its place, the new mobile home must be compatible with the size of the lot on which it is located.
