(A) Fitness for human habitation, occupancy, or use shall be determined in accordance with the criteria established in the most current edition of the Kentucky Building Code, as adopted by reference in § 150.01 in this title. Any building or structure which fails to meet such criteria or has any defects set forth therein shall be deemed unfit for human habitation, occupancy, or use.
(B) All buildings or structures within the city which are found to be dangerous or injurious to the health, safety, and morals of the occupants of the structure, the occupants of neighboring structures, or other residents of the city shall be deemed unfit for human habitation, occupancy, or use.
