Existing sexually oriented businesses that do not have interior configurations which meet at least the minimum requirements of this chapter shall be given 90 days from the effective date of this chapter to comply with the interior configuration requirements of this chapter. During said 90 days, sexually oriented businesses and all persons in such establishments shall conform to and abide by all other provisions of this chapter.
