Any person, firm, or corporation found guilty of violating any provision of this chapter shall be fined up to the amount of $200. Each day a person or business is conducting a yard sale in violation of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense. In the alternative, the city may also cause any business or person conducting a yard sale in violation of this chapter to immediately cease and desist his or her activities and operations.
