(A) A person or entity may conduct a yard sale in the city only once a month for a period of time not to exceed two consecutive days of sale. The two days of sale must be consecutive and not on two separate days not consecutive.
(B) Any person or entity conducting or holding a sale under this chapter must clean up and restore their sale site to its original condition as it existed before any such sale was held or conducted, within one day of the last day of their sale.
