§ 93.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   (1)   Any person or entity convicted of violating § 93.02(A) or (B) shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $500. Each day a violation occurs shall constitute a separate offense.
      (2)   Any person or entity convicted of violating § 93.02(C), (D), or (E) shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to a fine of not less than $500 nor more than $1,000 or imprisonment for a period of time not to exceed 30 days, or both such fine and imprisonment. Each day a violation occurs shaft constitute a separate offense.
      (3)   Any person who violates any other provision of §§ 93.01 or 93.02 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $500. Each day a violation occurs shall constitute a separate offense.
   (B)   Any person who violates §§ 93.20 and 93.21 shall be fined not more than $500.
