Any person, business, entity, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon a conviction thereof, be guilty of a criminal violation, punishable by a fine of at least $100 but no more than $250 for each offense; and each day of failure thereafter to abate the nuisance by repair, rehabilitation, demolition, or removal of such nuisance shall constitute a separate offense.
