§ 92.07 ENFORCEMENT OFFICER.
   The enumerated powers and authorization granted to the enforcement officer, as his or her lawful right and privilege during those times it is convenient and necessary, in the course of fulfilling those duties are as follows.
   (A)   The enforcement officer shall have the lawful privilege and right to enter upon private property for the purpose of inspection of said premises.
   (B)   The enforcement officer shall have the lawful privilege and right to make whatever inspections and use whatever methods seem reasonable and necessary to him or her in the performance of his or her duties.
   (C)   The enforcement officer shall have the lawful privilege and right to take pictures, make diagrams, maps, and the like as necessary in the performance of his or her duties.
   (D)   The enforcement officer shall have all other powers necessary and incidental to the performance of the duties and responsibilities which are provided to him or her and enumerated herein.
   (E)   The rights and privileges of the enforcement officer shall be his or her without fear or threat of reprisals, legal proceedings, prosecutions, or causes of action against him or her so long as these rights and privileges are exercised within the realm of his or her duties and responsibilities.
