§ 73.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates §§ 73.01 through 73.04 shall be fined not more than $50.
   (B)   Any violation of § 73.05 shall constitute a violation and shall be subject to a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $500.
