§ 72.13 TWO-HOUR PARKING AREAS.
   (A)   The parking meter system of the city is hereby abolished, and the removal of all parking meter devices from the zones they presently occupy is authorized.
   (B)   There is hereby established a two-hour parking limit system in the areas formerly designated by the parking meters. This system is to be enforced by the Chief of Police.
   (C)   Signs in the designated areas, proclaiming the two-hour parking limit, shall be installed. Also, the painting of lines on the streets in these areas shall be accomplished and each vehicle shall then park within these lines or markings. It shall be unlawful to park any vehicle across any such line or marking or to leave any vehicle parked for a period exceeding the specified time limit of two hours wherever there are the appropriate signs or lines.
