(A) No person shall operate a motor vehicle on any highway, street, alley, or other public way within the city at a greater speed than 25 mph, unless a different speed limit has been lawfully established and posted by the state or the city.
(B) Whoever violates the speed limit set forth in this section shall be subject to the same fine as set forth in the fine schedule of KRS 189.394.
