(A) The waterworks connection charge shall be $1,200 for all size connections within the city and $1,500 for all size connections outside the city limits of the city.
(B) The sewer connection charge shall be $700 for all size connections within the city and $1,200 for all size connections outside the city limits of the city.
(C) Additional fees will be assessed for all water or sewer connections which involve the disturbance of any city, state, or federal roadways.
(D) Additional charges may be assumed, when necessary, to cover the cost of road bores when connection lines must go under streets or highways.
