§ 50.003 ALL TAPS AND CONNECTIONS TO BE MADE UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF THE MAYOR.
   All taps and connections to the water mains and sewers of the city shall be made by the authority of the Mayor under the direction and supervision of the Superintendent.
