(A) The city shall appropriate and expend the sum of $1 per hour for each hour worked by the employee for the city up to a maximum of $40 per week, for each full-time employee of the city, toward their 401K Plan, which funds shall be paid directly into the Kentucky Public Employee’s Deferred Compensation Authority on behalf of each such employee.
(B) A full-time employee of the city shall be considered any employee who regularly and consistently serves or works for the city 32 hours or more per week.
