In accordance with the safety regulations promulgated by the Occupational Health and Safety Act, 29 C.F.R. § 1910.1030, the Blood Borne Pathogen Exposure Control Plan is hereby adopted by reference as if fully set out herein. A copy is on file at City Hall.
