(A) The Board may accept gifts or bequests or other payments, public or private, to help finance the Board’s activities.
(B) The Board shall submit yearly financial reports showing by itemized detail all receipts and disbursements for the current year. This report shall be due by July 30 and should contain activities conducted during the previous fiscal year. Additionally, any budget requests should be submitted to the City Council by April 1 in order for the request to be incorporated into the budget for the next financial year. The Board shall make additional reports from time to time as requested by the City Council.
