§ 36.057 POWERS AND DUTIES.
   The Riverport Authority herein established shall have all the powers, functions, and duties authorized by KRS 65.510 through 65.650 and in addition thereto, the city may hereby delegate such other powers to the Riverport Authority as are necessary and incidental in carrying out its purposes, operations, and activities.
