§ 36.040 ESTABLISHMENT; SUPERVISION BY PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR.
   There is hereby established a Street Department of the city, to be supervised by the Public Works Director, which Department shall be responsible for all construction, maintenance, and repair of the city’s streets, sidewalks, alleys, and other public ways.
