§ 36.028 ASSISTANCE OUTSIDE CITY LIMITS.
   (A)   City firefighting equipment shall remain within the city limits except that the older truck may assist the County Area Fire Department in a serious emergency within the immediate vicinity of the city.
   (B)   This assistance may be given only if both trucks are in operating condition and one truck is available for the protection of the city.
