§ 36.025 PURCHASES MADE THROUGH CITY.
   Any purchases of supplies or equipment shall be requested by the Fire Chief or his or her agent and such purchases shall be made by the purchasing agent of the city in accordance with §§ 33.35 through 33.38 of this title.
