§ 156.046 NONCONFORMING LOTS.
   In any district in which single-family dwellings are permitted, a single-family dwelling may be constructed on a single lot that was legally established and recorded, even if this chapter, or its subsequent amendments, establishes a minimum lot width or area requirement for the district that exceeds the width or area of this lot. All other requirements of this chapter and its subsequent amendments must be met for the use of this lot.
