§ 34.10 CABLE TELEVISION; TOWN COUNCIL ACTION NEEDED.
   Before a cable television company may do business within the town limits, a copy of the proposed franchise agreement must be filed with the Town Clerk-Treasurer along with a proposed form of ordinance. The Council shall hold formal public hearings on all such ordinances.
