§ 155.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person, firm or corporation who violates any provision of this code for which another penalty is not specifically provided shall, upon conviction, be subject to the following:
      (1)   A fine not exceeding $2,500 for the first violation; and
      (2)   A fine not exceeding $7,500 for the second and subsequent violation except for violation of an ordinance regulating traffic and parking.
   (B)   A separate violation shall be deemed committed upon each day during which a violation occurs or continues.
   (C)   If any person, firm, or corporation shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter, or shall do any act prohibited herein, or shall fail to perform any duty lawfully enjoined, within the time prescribed by the Building Inspector in connection with the provisions of this chapter for each violation, failure, or refusal, such person, firm, or corporation shall be fined in any sum not less than $250, nor more than $1,000. Each day of such unlawful activity as is prohibited by the first sentence of this section shall constitute a separate offense.
