All persons shall have the right to appeal any order of the Building Inspector first through the Town Zoning Board of Appeals, and then to the Fire Prevention and Building Safety Commission of the state in accordance with the provisions of I.C. 22-13-2-7 and 4-21.5-3-7, and, in the appropriate situation, to the courts.
