§ 154.22 ADMINISTRATOR AND HEARING AUTHORITY.
   The Building Inspector of the town is designated the Administrator responsible for the administration of this subchapter in accordance with the provision of I.C. 36-7-9-3; and the Plan Commission of the town is designated the hearing authority for the purpose of conducting hearings in accordance with the state statutes.
