(A) Pursuant to I.C. 36-7-10.1-1 et seq., the Town Council shall require the owners of real property in the town to cut and remove weeds or other rank vegetation growing on that property.
(B) A five-day written notice to remove the vegetation shall be issued by the Clerk-Treasurer and served by a law enforcement officer upon the landowner if he or she is a resident or by certified mail addressed to his or her last known address if he or she is a nonresident.
