§ 152.03 ISSUANCE OF PERMITS; FEES.
   (A)   Said application shall show in detail the location and type of cut proposed and said application shall be approved by the Clerk-Treasurer and the Building Commissioner.
   (B)   The application shall be accompanied by an initial fee of $75 which fee shall cover up to two inspections. Any additional inspection will require the payment of an additional fee of $25 per additional inspection.
