§ 130.02 EXCEPTIONS.
   (A)   Persons properly licensed under I.C. 35-47-2-1 et seq. and while hunting/target shooting lawfully on (A1) agricultural properties are exempt from the provisions of § 130.01.
   (B)   Members of governmental police depart- ments, marshal offices, sheriff’s departments, State Police, and other governmental entities are exempt from § 130.01 when in the line of duty.
