§ 94.25 GOVERNMENT OWNED PARKS GENERAL RULES AND GUIDELINES.
   All government owned parks within the town will be subject to the following general rules.
   (A)   Any person using a town park or other facility must obey any order of a police officer, or any other agent of the town, at all times.
   (B)   Any accident on the town property must be reported to a police officer or other agent of the town.
   (C)   Deposit of debris, waste, or trash of any kind onto a town property is prohibited including trees, limbs, and leaves.
   (D)   Dogs must be on a leash and the owner is responsible for cleaning up after the dog.
   (E)   No children under the age of 12 are allowed on the premises without the supervision of an adult.
   (F)   Alcohol and drugs are prohibited.
   (G)   No skateboarding.
   (H)   No fires.
   (I)   No one is permitted to disturb the natural features of the park.
   (J)   No climbing of trees.
   (K)   No cutting of the trees.
   (L)   Only wind or electric powered toys are allowed. Other power-sourced toys are prohibited.
   (M)   Park hours are dawn to dusk.
   (N)   The town and/or Park Board may set out other regulations that are enforceable under this section.
   (O)   Violation of this section may result in suspension of park privileges or be subject to a fine.
   (P)   Destruction or defacing of park property will face full penalty of the law.
   (Q)   Stay off grass with gas powered vehicles such as ATV, motorcycles, automobiles, and the like.
