(A) There is established a fund for donations and gifts to be used for any and all park and recreational purposes of the town.
(B) All gifts of funds by donations upon the town for park and recreational purposes shall become a part of this Fund administered by the Park Board.
(C) Such Fund shall not be commingled with any other funds of the Park Board raised by taxation.
(D) All Park Board expenditures shall be used for and only for park or recreational purposes.
