§ 94.07 APPROPRIATIONS FOR EXPENDITURES.
   (A)   The town may, from time to time, appropriate any sum or sums of money for the use of the parks of said town.
   (B)   The town may, from time to time, authorize the Park Board to expend said sums of money so appropriated for the benefit of the park or parks of said town.
   (C)   Whenever any money is so appropriated by the town to be expended by the Park Board, said money shall be certifying to the item or bills by receipt or invoice and filed with the Clerk-Treasurer. If the expense is over $1,300, a Park Board member shall bring it before the Town Council for approval of said expenditures and the same shall be approved by the Town Council in the same manner as accounts and expenditures of other boards and departments of said town are allowed and approved.
