§ 93.03 REGULATION OF COMBUSTIBLE MATTER.
   Any person who allows the accumulation or existence of combustible materials which causes, or contributes to, a fire shall not be excused from responsibility therefor on the basis that said fire was set by vandals, by accident, or an act of God.
