SCHEDULE II. STOP SIGNS.
   (A)   The intersections as set out in the ordinances codified herein are to be subject to stop signs controlling the traffic in the directions indicated. A notation indicating that an intersection is to have four stop signs means that all four directions of traffic are to be subject to a stop sign.
   (B)   Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of division (A) above and any person, who aids, abets, or assists therein shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine of not less than $100 and not exceeding $2,500, plus additional penalties to include responsible attorney fees and court costs incurred by the town for collection of the account.
