For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning. Additionally, the following definitions shall apply in the interpretation and enforcement of this subchapter.
RESIDENTIAL STREET. All municipal streets, alleys, bridges, and culverts within the corporate limits of the town other than truck routes.
TRUCK ROUTE. All state or federal highways or roads within corporate limits of the town and any street within the town duly designated and posted as a truck route.
