§ 70.04 PARKING REGULATIONS.

   No person shall drive, operate, park, or fail to observe traffic controls in violation of any of the following classifications of traffic control provisions:

   (A)   Group 1:

      (1)   Double parking;

      (2)   Parking on crosswalk;

      (3)   Parking on sidewalk;

      (4)   Parking in driveway; and

      (5)   Parking in bus stop.

   (B)   Group 2:

      (1)   Parking by fire hydrant;

      (2)   Parking in loading zone;

      (3)   Parking in an alley;

      (4)   Parking on wrong side of street; and

      (5)   Overtime.

   (C)   Group 3:

      (1)   Parking in front of hotel;

      (2)   Parking in front of theater;

      (3)   Parking too close to corner; and

      (4)   Parking in no parking zone.

   (D)   Group 4:

      (1)   Parking in a fire lane;

      (2)   Parking on a street or boulevard; and

      (3)   Violation of a reduced school zone speed limit.
