It shall be unlawful for any person having permission to tap the sanitary sewer to drain or to permit to be drained into the same through such connection, any sewage material or any cellar or vault adjacent to his or her own, but such tap shall be used only for the purpose of serving the property described in the application and no other property will be served or drained into such sewer through private lines connected with such tap and the property for which the permit was originally issued.
